Made to order. Every Quiet Revival Co. piece is printed on demand after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery times. After production, orders ship from our production partner's facility. Typical transit times:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, weather, and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping rates. US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. US orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95. International rates vary by destination, and you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.
Addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Misprints and damage. If your order arrives misprinted or damaged, email play3r35@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a reprint or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors, then email us at play3r35@gmail.com. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help resolve it.
